The Clown, Santa and the Orangotan.
If you’ll listen I’ll tell you a tale he said
Of a man you thought that cared.
A man dressed all in red he said
I’m sure his name you’ve heard.
We all lived in a faraway land
Not one you would have heard.
For Christmas we would start a band
Come and join it then he dared.
There was me and him and orangotan
Best friends and all for one.
As always something comes along
And then what’s there is gone.
He said it’s something wonderful
I have to go away.
A baby’s just been born tonight
To celebrate Christmas day.
So off he went, left us all alone
And then he took the glory.
Left me and this orangotan
But that’s another story.

Safely guiding me home.
