| The lights were dimmed over comedy. When Eric passed away. Light days of fun turned into night. In heaven a new stars burning bright.
The lights were dimmed over comedy. When Ernie passed away. And though his loss is yours and mine. He's reunited with his old sunshine.
The lights were dimmed over comedy. The two of them have gone. There will never be the like again. And who will carry on.
